While I’m not discounting the benefits of cardio, I’m just saying that during this phase of trying to optimize your testosterone, go easy on clocking up the running miles.
If you insist on doing some form of cardio, pick your favorite cardio machine and choose the random variable setting where the machine will automatically alter the speed or resistance. This variability is great to keep your mind and body fresh.
